Key Responsibilities:

Quotation and Proposal Management:
- Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide accurate quotations and proposals.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, delivering relevant services.
Product and Service Promotion:
- Promote the features and benefits of our company’s products and services.
- Make follow-up calls with customers on outstanding quotes.
Data Management and Forecasting:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and emails.
- Provide accurate forecasting of business and market needs.
Customer Satisfaction and Collaboration:
- Monitor customer satisfaction, market intelligence, and competitor capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure optimal sales and customer service experience.
